When we think about investing in women, Trans, and nonbinary folks,we have to take into consideration the historical and social trauma these groups go through, particularly when thinking about their physical and mental health.
1 in 5 undergraduate female students campuses experience sexual assault
1 out of every 10 rape victims are male
21% of TGQN (transgender, genderqueer, nonconforming) college students have been sexually assaulted, compared to 18% of non-TGQN females, and 4% of non-TGQN males.
94% of women who are raped experience symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) during the two weeks following the rape.

Visibility
In order to have the conversation in the first place, we are making keychains and tattoos to spread the word so we as a community can have more open & honest conversations about how this topic impacts us.
Education
We're developing an educational platform so people at all of levels of the conversation can access understanding the different layers of rape culture and how it overlaps with our community.
